1. Provider identification
This platform is operated by Teste de Nacionalidade, a micro-enterprise registered in France (micro-entreprise / auto-entrepreneur scheme).
Registration number (SIREN): 910710227.
Contact: ola@testenacionalidade.com. The provider's postal address is available on request by email.
2. The service
Teste de Nacionalidade (testenacionalidade.com) is an independent study platform for preparing the knowledge test required by Organic Law 1/2026 for acquiring Portuguese nationality.
We are not affiliated with the Portuguese Government, AIMA, IRN, IAVE or any official body. We do not administer the official test and do not guarantee approval.
The official test syllabus has not yet been published. Our content is based on the approved law and the themes it defines, and will be updated at no extra cost when the official regulation is published.
3. Account
An account is required to access paid content. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
An account is for personal, individual use. Account sharing may lead to suspension without refund.
4. Purchases and access
Full access is a one-time payment that unlocks the paid content. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: you are never charged again unless you buy again.
There are three plans with identical content, differing only in how long access lasts: 1 month, 3 months and lifetime. On the dated plans access ends on the date shown in your account; on the lifetime plan there is no cut-off date. Buying again while a plan is active adds to the time remaining rather than replacing it.
Prices are final: the amount shown is the amount charged. VAT is not currently charged, as the provider operates below the thresholds applicable to its regime.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium — which is what this access is — that right ceases once the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing it.
That is exactly what the declaration ticked before payment does. Without it we do not open access; with it, access opens the moment the payment is confirmed, and we keep the record of that declaration alongside the payment.
Outside that, we handle problems case by case: a duplicate charge, access that never opened, a technical failure on our side. In those cases we refund — write to ola@testenacionalidade.com from your account email. It is not a change-of-mind right; it is fixing a mistake.
Purchases made inside the iOS and Android apps are processed by Apple and Google and follow those stores' refund rules, not these.
6. Intellectual property
The questions, explanations and other platform content are original work protected by copyright. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep content correct and up to date, but we are not liable for decisions made based on platform content, nor for the outcome of the official test or nationality processes.
8. Contact and governing law
Contact: ola@testenacionalidade.com.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For consumer disputes you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body — in particular CNIACC, the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
